We had to say goodbye to our sweet old boy, Router. Staff was incredibly compassionate, and even sent a consolation card after the fact. Our boy went peacefully, and the whole ordeal went as smoothly as it possibly could have. They also allow you to take your pet home to bury, which was incredibly important to us.
